The Details

You will take a lead role in supporting our team to deliver the best possible service. You'll work closely with our offshore team helping to ensure that they can continue to deliver the epic service our clients have come to expect. From reviewing working papers and BAS’s to answering and solving clients questions and queries.

You will thrive here if you enjoy making people’s lives better, enjoy ongoing training and be the support to the team when needed.

This is not a minion role it’s for a leader, are you a leader?

We will work with you to agree the hours that suit your lifestyle, full time or part time (min 24 hours per week) are all on the table . Our head office is in Frankston but our team is spread, so whilst you will work predominantly from your home office, we will be moving to an office space shortly and you will have the option to move from office to home office.
We are a tech-savvy organisation, so it's important that you are eager to learn and quick to pick up new software. Whilst it is imperative you know Xero all other software can be learnt along the way. What's most important is a ‘can do' attitude, great time management and the desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
